Hi Sarah, I addressed your email regarding when you sent in an email resigning your membership. If there are any problems please let me know or alternatively email andym@hackoldham.com to discuss membership issues regarding finance

Hi Keiran, the email I sent to office on 9th September was regarding the QuickBooks invoice I’d received relating to membership after I had cancelled. I’ve now received an invoice for October too. These invoices need voiding and I asked for confirmation that this had been done.

Hi Sarah.

Sorry it has taken so long, but any invoices auto-raised by QuickBooks have now been cancelled so you shouldn’t get any more reminders/new invoices.

It has taken me a while to sort out how QuickBooks works but I hope I have now got it.
