Hi Keiran, the email I sent to office on 9th September was regarding the QuickBooks invoice I’d received relating to membership after I had cancelled. I’ve now received an invoice for October too. These invoices need voiding and I asked for confirmation that this had been done.

Sorry it has taken so long, but any invoices auto-raised by QuickBooks have now been cancelled so you shouldn’t get any more reminders/new invoices.

It has taken me a while to sort out how QuickBooks works but I hope I have now got it.
